📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders (holiday season, promotions, etc.), processing times may be slightly extended.
🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery Window
We currently offer Premium Tracked Delivery on all orders.

Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days after your order has been processed.

This timeframe does not include our 1–2 business day processing time.

We ship to most regions worldwide.
Availability and shipping rates will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
If shipping is not available to your location at checkout, unfortunately we’re unable to ship there at this time.
💲 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
Any available shipping options will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
🔎 Order Confirmation & Tracking

After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

A link to track your package online

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
🏠 Shipping Address & Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@wundersketch.com with your order number and the correct address.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is in their care. However, we’re still here to help.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check with neighbors or your household members

Look around your property or mailbox

Contact your local post office or carrier

If your order is significantly delayed (more than a few days past the 10-business-day window), please reach out to us and we’ll assist in investigating with the carrier.

We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
💥 Damaged Packages or Items
If your WunderSketch Glow Pad or any other item arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of:

The outer packaging

The damaged product

Brief description of the issue

We’ll review your case and work with you on a suitable solution (replacement, reshipment, etc.).
📦 Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple items, they may sometimes be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability or logistics.

You may receive more than one tracking number.

Some items may arrive on different days, but still be within the 6–10 business day window.
🎄 Holiday & Peak Season
During busy seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other major holidays), please allow extra time for both processing and shipping, as carriers often experience delays.
We recommend ordering early to ensure your package arrives in time for special occasions or gifting.
